      Ty’s Royal Tresses MINK BRAZILIAN HAIR is a Black owned brand based out of St. Louis, Missouri started by two sisters who are upcoming entrepreneurs: Tynisha Cooper and Tyjah Cooper. Our hair ranked one of the Highest and top quality Virgin hair in the country!  Royal Mink Brazilian is 100% Brazilian Virgin Human Hair that is UNPROCESSED no chemicals, no mixed blends, no fiber, and no animal hair is used to construct our top quality bundles.  Each Individual piece come from a separate donor. Our hair is hand selected and inspected by three quality control teams to ensure cuticles are intact and wefts superiorly strong. Our Mink Brazilian Hair has a NATURAL HIGH LUSTER AND SHEEN, and it is SILKIER, SOFTER, THICKER, and last longer and overall it’s BETTER than the average bundle sold on the market.

 

WHEN YOU FIRST RECEIVE YOUR HAIR WASH TIPS:

 

       It is VERY IMPORTANT that when you receive your hair you shampoo and condition your hair!! Shampoo 2x with a SULFATE FREE shampoo and then follow up with conditioning. Condition your hair 2x and rinse. PLEASE BE SURE ALL PRODUCT IS OUT OF HAIR AFTER RINSING, otherwise hair will feel weighed down by product. FOR BEST RESULTS WE RECOMMEND USING ORGANIX’S MORROCCAN ARGAN OIL OR COCONUT MILK SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. AVOID OILS AND HOLDING SPRAY, HAIR MAINTAINS LUSTER AND WILL BE WEIGHED DOWN.

Curly/Wavy Maintenance

 

The "Deepwave" Texture

        For best Results: Co-wash your Royal Mink Brazilian hair (Deepwave) texture with cool water. Co-washing is a method to wash hair without using shampoo and washing with conditioner. When co-washing your hair you should use a cleansing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair with cool water. Lay it flat to air dry and then install. This method will keep the curl pattern nice and tight. Hot or warm water will loosen the curl pattern

The "Tight Curly" Texture

        It is MANDATORY that you apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. This way it will stop the hair from frizzing, getting really big & poofy and lock in the wave or curl in the hair, much like REAL NATURAL HAIR. It will give the hair a nice, soft and tamed wet look while it’s DRY. Most people think that the curly hair is low maintenance but it actually require the most up keep and it need to be wet EVERY OTHER DAY so you can apply the curl define crème.

Before Going to Bed: Gently brush hair to remove all tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or tie your hair into a ponytail; then cover with a satin scarf/bonnet or use a silk pillow case. Comb your hair every morning from ends until you work your way up to your scalp, this keeps stress off of your wefts.

 

DOES OUR HAIR SHED?

 

     VERY MINIMUM to NO shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. Any hair that has been cut from a single donor and manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience very low minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. After the second shampooing there should not be any shedding. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to APPLY HEAT PROTECTANT before thermal use. To maintain the hair’s beautiful texture it is IMPORTANT to shampoo & condition your extensions once a week. Your hair is your investment, treat it as such by performing proper care. To STOP or significantly reduce any shedding we recommend using a WEFT SEALENT such as fray check. It’s EASY, QUICK and further protects your royal investment.

 

 

DOES OUR HAIR TANGLE AND/OR BECOME MATTED?

 

NO. Each bundle is crafted with precision and care, before leaving for shipment EVERY bundle is inspected for flaws to ensure our clients receive the BEST TOP quality tresses!

 

 

WHAT COLOR DOES ROYAL MINK BRAZILIAN HAIR EXTENSIONS COME IN?

 

Mink Brazilian Hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly patterns. The colors will range between a natural 1b and 2. It CAN NOT be ordered in Black #1 as hair is sourced from single donors which means all bundles will have a NATURAL hair color.

If you want it Jet black it has to be dyed or a semi-permanent dye has to be applied to darken the hair to black. Our tresses are 100% human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we can not guarantee hair color. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please understand if you dissatisfied with the color we will not consider this a defect and we will not grant an exchange.

 

 

CAN OUR ROYAL TRESSES BE DYED/COLORED?

 

  Mink Brazilian hair is 100% virgin unprocessed human hair therefore it can be bleached, rinsed, dyed all different shades and hues of blondes, browns, reds, even bright colors tones such as purple, blue and pink (it is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that a licensed professional color your tresses for you to ensure the best experience and results for you.

 

 

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A FULL LOOK?

 

      All bundles are weighted between 3.4-3.5oz. WE SUGGEST for lengths that are between 12 -16" inches you Need 2 bundles Or More. Lengths that are between 18 -24" inches you will need 3 bundles Or More. Lengths 26-30" You Need 4 bundles or more and lengths 30" you will need 3 bundles, for an extra full look with long extensions 4 bundles will give you the desired look.

 

If I straighten my Mink Brazilian hair will it revert back to its natural state after I wash it?

The body wave texture has slight wave pattern so after extensive heat being used so many times WITHOUT A HEAT PROTECTANT being applied first, your tresses will be trained to stay straight and the pattern may not fully come back as any natural texture of hair would since our tresses are sourced from REAL and SINGLE DONORS. The Deepwave and the Tightcurly textures DO revert back curly/wavy after straightening/curling but the pattern will not be as tight IF A HEAT PROTECTANT IS NOT USED. If you purchase these textures I suggest you wear them in its natural state first and then after you are tired of wearing it naturally Curly/wavy then apply heat for a different look. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND USING A HEAT PROTECTANT. Your hair is not only an investment, but you should treat your tresses and care for them as you would your real hair.

 

How long does Mink Brazilian hair last?

With PROPER CARE AND MAINTAINACE, our Mink Brazilian hair extensions can be reused and reinstalled countless times from 1+Year MINIMUM. It is inevitable that some of the Hair will get cut when your beautician styles the hair so when it's time to reinstall the hair we suggest you purchase one new bundle to add in; to take place of the shorter pieces you won’t be able to reuse such as cut bangs or short layers that have been added. Clients have reported up to 2 years.

 

 

How often SHOULD I wash my Royal Mink Brazilian Hair?

You can wash your Mink Brazilian hair as often as you would like. We suggest you cleanse the hair 1+ once a week with sulfate free products such as ORGANIX’S MORROCCAN ARGAN OIL SHAMPOO AND CONDITONER OR ORGANIX’S COCONUT MILK SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable and amazing quality. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST avoiding the use of tea tree and mint shampoos/conditioners, as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect against split ends.

 

NEVER SLEEP ON WET EXTENSIONS

This includes ALL of our royal Mink Brazilian hair textures please always ensure your tresses are dry before sleeping.

 

Should I seal my wefts?

​

Sealing wefts are always OPTIONAL not mandatory. We maintain a very high level of amazing quality tresses and our wefts are doubled stitched to minimize shedding to very little to none. If you want the EXTRA PROTECTION and assurance you may seal your wefts. Best product to seal your wefts with if you choose to do so would be Fray Check. It can be found at any participating Walmart or Walgreens and is very low in cost.

 

 

Do you refunds and exchanges? (Please read carefully and thoroughly)

CLIENT SATISFACTION AND SAFETY ARE OUR #1 TOP PRIORIY! Due to maintaining proper rules and regulations regarding sanitation, all purchases on extensions and 3D Mink Lashes are NON-refundable. Hair extensions however, may be EXCHANGED for a different curl pattern/ length. To be eligible for an exchange of product, the hair extensions that the client wishes to exchange MUST HAVE NO ALTERATIONS TO THE HAIR AND TEXTURE. THIS INCLUDES COLORING, OPENING AND UNRAVELING OF WEFT, UNCESSECARY FRIZZ DUE TO RUNNING FINGERS THROUGH THE HAIR AND WASHING OF HAIR. Hair is exchangeable for only 7 days after hair extensions shipment has been received by client. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST if you are wanting to exchange your tresses to contact us PROMPTLY and send your hair back IMMEDIATELY so that we may compensate you accordingly. Client is responsible for cost of shipping and handling when sending product back for an exchange.  

 

 

Does your company offer OVERNIGHT/EXPEDITED shipping?

 

Yes. Here at Ty’s Royal Tresses we do offer expedited shipping. This option can be selected at checkout. Hair is expedited after the STANDARD processing time. Which is 2-4 days, please keep this in mind when ordering ahead of time for a special occasion.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?

 

Please allow us 7-10 business (max) days to allow shipment of an order this excludes Sundays, and holidays when shipping services such as USPS are closed but it can arrive as soon as 3 business days depending on the state within the United States it is being delivered to.

 

DOES TY’S ROYAL TRESSES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW SOON AFTER COMPLETING MY PURCHASE WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

 

You will normally receive a tracking number within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) after your purchase, unless you choose expedited shipping.  When your label is printed; tracking is automatically sent to your email which you provided during checkout. All Packages are shipped through USPS including international orders. Can I pick up my order in person?

 

YES. Ty’s Royal Tresses is exclusively offered ONLY online, however we are based out of Saint Louis, MO and residents of SAINT LOUIS may place pick up orders.  

 

 Can our Royal Mink Brazilian Hair blend with my natural hair even though it’s so silky?

 

YES. Mink Brazilian tresses can blend with every texture of hair from every ethnicity. If you do not feel as if your hair will blend or it isn't long enough to blend we sell closures and frontals that made of the same amazing quality as our Mink Brazilian royal Bundles.

 

DO YOU OFFER CLIP-INS?

YES. In Straight and Bodywave texture only.

 

 

Do you offer 360 LACE FRONTALS?

YES.

 

DO YOU OFFER SILK LACE CLOSURES

YES. We have silk based closures and regular closures. Both come in 4x4 measurements.

 

DO YOU OFFER FRONTALS?

YES. In all textures. 13x5 are the standard measurements. Frontals come slightly pre-plucked, however minimal plucking is done to ensure the best possible fit and customization for clients. With this reasoning, all frontals can be plucked more to mimic each individual client’s needs!
